Regulations of using the online store "wizytowki.co.uk"
1. Store Information
1.1. The owner of the Wizytowki Printing online store is Tommedia, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
1.2. Invoices for purchased products are issued by Tommedia.
1.3. Tommedia is the administrator and operator of the website www.wizytowki.co.uk and is responsible for its proper operation.
1.4. All graphic materials, content and visual elements published on the website are the property of Tommedia and may not be copied or used without the owner's permission.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1. Orders in the store are placed via the website.
2.2. Payments can be made using PayPal or bank transfer if this option is available.
2.3. Order processing begins after payment confirmation.
3. Design and Production
3.1. Once the project has been approved by the customer and sent to production, the order cannot be cancelled or suspended.
3.2. The customer is responsible for the content of the approved design, including any errors in the submitted materials.
4. Delivery
4.1. The standard order processing time is up to 10 working days; however, in exceptional circumstances this may be extended by an additional 1–3 working days. We also recommend allowing an additional margin of up to 2 working days for possible courier delays beyond our control.
4.2. Delivery is available throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. A small additional delivery charge may apply for shipments to the Scottish Highlands and selected remote postcode areas: AB31-38, AB41-45, AB51-56, FK19-21, HS, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-88, PH5-10, PH15-26, PH30-44, ZE, Isle of Man (IM), and Isle of Wight (PO31-41). Any additional charge will be confirmed before the order is processed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or other transport-related circumstances beyond our control.
4.3. Delivery costs are charged separately for each product, as products are dispatched in separate parcels.
5. Complaints
5.1. In the case of a complaint, the customer should send a sample of the defective or incorrectly printed product to the indicated address.
5.2. After confirming the validity of the complaint, the store will reprint the product and deliver it to the specified address at no additional cost.

6.1. All prices shown are gross prices and include applicable taxes.
