Our technical support involves professionally preparing and adjusting submitted artwork to meet print requirements. If a “print-ready” file does not meet the necessary specifications (e.g. incorrect size, proportions, resolution, or bleed), we will make the required adjustments to ensure full compliance with production standards. The cost of this service is calculated individually, depending on the scope and time required.

We also accept designs created using AI (artificial intelligence) tools. Each file is carefully reviewed to ensure it is suitable for printing. In many cases, such designs are provided as low-resolution files, incorrect proportions, or simple visual mock-ups. In such situations, the artwork may require optimisation or complete recreation to meet print quality standards.

If a design is submitted as a photo (e.g. a picture of an old business card taken with a phone), we offer two options:

Print without modification – we print exactly from the provided material, with no additional charges.
Order a new design – we can recreate a professional design based on the submitted image. This service is treated as Order a design, and pricing is provided individually after consultation.
